Hello! I’m Megan and I'm a certified PR and Business Strategist helping freelancers and small business owners transform their businesses through my innovative Seasonology Ⓡ method.

I specialise in creating strategies that help businesses to grow, whether you’re just starting up or have reached a point where you’ve plateaued or have maxed out and can’t see the way forward.

My approach goes beyond traditional consulting – I'm committed to helping you build a business that provides genuine freedom and flexibility by simplifying your strategy to make it manageable and achievable.

My own strategic roots

I started developing the concept of SeasonologyⓇ a few years ago when I owned a PR agency, working 24/7 on seasonal PR campaigns for my clients, so that they would be ahead of the game when it came to working with the media.

It wasn’t until I became a mum that I realised my personal “seasons” had changed and I quickly became overwhelmed; ploughing full steam ahead into burnout by trying to balance my business with my new role as a mother.

As a result, my health suffered and I was diagnosed with chronic hypertension.
I realised that my own seasons no longer aligned with those of my business.

As my family grew, it became imperative that I design a business with freedom and flexibility in mind, so I built one that worked around me, ensuring I could be on call for my family as and when I was needed.

Then I sold it.

It wasn’t easy. I made some big mistakes along the way because I didn’t have the right strategy in place.

So, with my new-found freedom, I trained as a business strategist.

I soon discovered that business and PR strategy have a lot in common; because at the very roots of every business is a founder with passion, purpose and a great story to tell.
