A strategic business review is an audit of your strategy, which will help me to identify how best to help you going forward…
Review
First of all, we will sit down together - either online or in person - and review your business plan. Even if you don’t have one. In fact, that makes my life easy!!
We will spend an hour or so going through the basics, step-by-step and I’ll talk you through each of the processes.
Research
I’ll then go away and do some research on your behalf.
Yep, your work here is done! Well, mostly. I might have some follow-up questions but I’ll do the leg work…
Results
You will get a fully written review of your business’ strategy and where I have identified gaps that may be holding you back.
It will offer solutions on how to move forward.
